IMPORTANT: OptimalSession is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The wellness scores, RPE data, and workload calculations are for informational and coaching purposes only. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or injury.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

In no event shall OptimalSession, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
